The contact information page has been re named due to the high volume of spam that has been coming through. It is hoped that the departure from the traditional contact listing will defy the scammers and spammers programming.

Thyroid Australia (Brisbane) treats every enquiry on it’s own merits and is pleased to assist in any way we can with your Thyroid condition. Please feel free to contact us with any diagnosed Thyroid or related enquiry and we will reply to you very soon.

Your initial enquiry may receive an E-mail reply followed up by further assistance as requested.

If further assistance in order to discuss your Thyroid condition is required, could you please have your thyroid blood test results with you when contacted.

Calls are usually made in the evening if this is suitable. If another time of day is better for you, please let us know and you will be contacted as soon as we can.

We have a VoIP phone system that makes long distance phone calls very cheap so people are not confined to the time or cost of our calls.

We apologise for we can only give support to people with diagnosed Thyroid conditions, accordingly because of the time involved in support and that there are other underlying and or medical conditions that share simular symptoms.

If you get a diagnoses of a Thyroid condition in the future, we are only too happy to do what we can to provide support.

We will answer your Thyroid enquiries as soon as time allows. In some cases this may take a few days.

Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) has announced Iodine will be introduced in all commercial bread from September 2009. Iodine deficiency is the primary cause of Hypothyroidism in children and adults.
